SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
LAUNDRY DAY BROKEN OR DAMAGED PIPE POLICIES:
IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES BROKEN:
All of our packaging is specially designed to keep your pipe safe, however because our pieces are made out of glass, sometimes they can break during shipment. If your piece arrives broken, please send us an email right away to email@example.com with an image and your order number. Once we receive this information, we will organize a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible.
If your piece arrives damaged or with hairline cracks, please contact us right away with images and we advise you to not use it. Please note that Laundry day is not responsible for any harm inflicted by broken glass if you break or use it damaged.
IF YOU BREAK YOUR PIECE:
All of our glass pieces are hand blown and need to be handled with extra care. Please note, that if you accidentally break your piece, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. We get it, accidents happen! If you do break your piece within 30 days of receiving it, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of your piece and how you broke it and we can issue you a discount towards your next purchase.
IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES WITH MARKINGS:
All of our glass pieces are handmade and will vary in character between each piece. Some pieces have markings that can appear during the production process. Sometimes these markings on the bottom of the pieces can be wiped away with a damp cloth. We would suggest buffing your pieces with a damp cloth to see if the markings will come out. If these markings don’t buff off with a damp cloth, please contact us at email@example.com with an image within 7 days of receiving your piece.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time we do not accept order cancelations, refunds, returns or exchanges. We do not offer price adjustments.
We now have the option of purchasing Route Protection with your order. We highly recommend that you add this onto your order and Route will protect you if:
- Your order is stolen from your porch
- Your item is damaged from a damaged shipping box
- Your order is lost in transit
- And other unforeseen circumstances
If you have purchased Route Protection with your order and are having any issues with your shipment. Please click this link to file a claim with Route and they should be able to help you out!
All orders ship within 1-2 days of receiving orders.
Though we provide express shipping options, we can not guarantee delivery times. All orders currently ship from California and must pass through border services - this may cause delays.
The customer is responsible for covering any duties charges that may be incurred in the shipping process.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS/Canada Post is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact USPS/Canada Post to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com. We will not re-ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
