Laundry Day and You: How to Clean your Glass Pipe

by Laundry Day

Keeping your smokeware clean not only preserves the color and aesthetic of your piece but allows for a more enjoyable session and taste experience.

Keep it Clean with a Screen

Best practice to keep your pipe spick and span is to use one of our mesh screens. Screens keep any loose flower or ash from falling into the pipe or being inhaled, making it easier to keep your glassware pretty as a pipe.

How to Clean Your Pipe

  1. Empty any contents and wipe out excess from the bowl.
  2. Submerge pipe in hot, soapy water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove and rinse your piece under running water to get rid of excess soap or residue from inside the piece. (If you so desire, use a pipe cleaner to scrub away any stubborn stains.)
  4. Lay it out to air dry.
  5. *euphoria ensues* Admire your beautifully clean pipe and use it again!

Splish, splash. Cleaning your pipe is so easy!

The More You Know

You can clean your pipe as often as you’d like. For more build-up and grime, soak instead in 99% isopropyl alcohol and use a pipe cleaner to get those tricky spots.

For each individual pipe, watch our how-to videos to develop your new cleaning ritual.
